If you choose to have AgentSolar negotiate on your behalf, you agree to specific terms to engage us as your buyer’s agent. Our AI agents, supervised by human experts, will then communicate with the installer you approve to seek improved pricing, alternative configurations, or better contract terms.

You remain in full control throughout the process and decide whether to accept or decline any negotiated offer.

Charging a small fee helps us reduce spam and unserious submissions, allowing us to focus on providing high-quality, meaningful analysis for users who are genuinely evaluating a solar decision.

Considering the potential cost of unfavorable terms, hidden fees, or financial traps in a solar contract, we believe a small credit fee is a worthwhile investment toward making a confident, informed decision.

Do you take a commission for negotiation services?

Yes—only if we successfully save you money.

After your quote is analyzed, AgentSolar provides a clear price target and negotiation guidance. You’re always free to negotiate on your own using these insights. However, if you choose to hire AgentSolar as your buyer’s agent, our AI agents—with human oversight—will handle the negotiation process on your behalf.

Our fee is success-based. We charge 15% of the savings we achieve for you, and only if we succeed.
For example, if your original quote is $30,000 and we negotiate it down to $25,000, you save $5,000. Our fee would be 15% of that savings, or $750.

If we don’t secure any savings, you don’t pay a negotiation fee.
